You can call it luck, just the roll of the die and take your chances…but the bet is that the following guidelines can help increase your odds of winning at Sic Bo, the originally Chinese “brick game” that you can play at most respectable online casinos.

The first, and maybe most important thing to remember is to relax and enjoy! A stressed player is somehow always unluckier and their losses that much tougher.

At the first glance, the Sic Bo table may look a bit intimidating, but go over it slowly and you’ll see that actually its quite simple – in fact, it is one of the easiest of the dice games to play - even more than roulette.

Of course, the more you understand about the game, its rules, betting systems and the odds of the casino you are playing at, the better you will do– not forgetting, that although certain tactics may help, at the end of the day, Sic Bo is purely a game of chance. So, when you feel a little daring, try the bets offering 10 – 1 (e.g. for doubles); you might be surprised at how often these actually do come up, and the odds are really good.

Naturally, a combination of the different bets gives you a good balanced chance. You can also place several bets at a time.

A sound tip is to bet higher on the wider category bets (“small” & “big”) and then keep your long shot bets low. For e.g. Winning $2 on a “small” or “big” $2 bet is not exactly going to make your day, but $50 for $50 is not bad. Accordingly, a long shot bet has higher odds and you may have less chance of winning (pity to blow a large sum…) but if you do, a simple $1 could give you a happy $180 win.
